Chillers Installation

This £1.2million project involved replacing existing chillers. It was a major replacement while the building was fully occupied and was completed over 2 phases with the emphasis on maintaining business critical services at all times. The project had a requirement to minimise energy consumption, which we managed successfully, while completely on time and on budget.

We have years of expertise in the installation and commissioning of all sizes and types of cooling systems. Our in-house design and project management team will work closely with you to ensure that your process cooling, heating or temperature control equipment is tailored to your site footprint, operation and production requirements. One of our most challenging projects was the removal of existing life expired chillers at 80 Strand and the installation of 3 new centrifugal chillers and 1 screw chiller. While the installation was carried out, we had to maintain the chilled water supply and continue to cool their critical data centres and provide comfort cooling in a fully occupied building.
