Upon transfer of the contract to Donland we resolved many outstanding issues such as rebalancing the air conditioning and ventilation, all within the first quarter. As well as looking after the building for the landlord, we now carry out maintenance for tenants under separate contracts.
This is a multi-tenanted property providing high-end accommodation for corporate clients. Tenants have high expectations on service delivery and expect a rapid response to reactive issues. Tenants have access to the Octanise CAFM software which immediately notifies us of issues and helps us respond in a timely manner and meet their expectations.
